Travaillant à partir de Kirkland, nous recherchons un commis aux comptes recevables pour une entreprise dans le domaine de la logistique. Votre travail soutiendra l’équipe des finances et vous communiquerez avec les clients et les représentants des ventes.

En quoi consiste ce poste?
- Comptabiliser les paiements en temps voulu sur les comptes
- Comptabiliser les espèces suivant leur réception
- Identifier les remboursements et informer les collecteurs pour qu'ils les traitent conformément à la politique.
- Rapprocher et balancer quotidiennement les lots de paiements
- Rechercher les paiements non appliqués
- Préparer les ajustements pour approbation
- Enregistrer les ajustements

Ce que nous recherchons:

- 1 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Solides compétences en communication anglais
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement d’équipe
- Connaissance de Sage (un atout)
