Faire carrière comme Analyste principal des finances au Banque Nationale Réseau indépendant (BNRI) sera d’établir des buts et des objectifs opérationnels, de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures pour les activités quotidiennes de l’équipe et de servir de force motrice pour atteindre l’objectif d’efficience et d’efficacité opérationnelles du seteur. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs équipes du NBRI pour vous assurer que les mandats de l’équipe sont respectés.

**Ton rôle**:

- Produire des rapports et des analyses mensuels sur le P&L des clients
- Soutenir les prévisions ascendantes et les processus budgétaires annuels
- Fournir des données et des informations financières à l’appui du développement des affaires et de la tarification
- Responsable des certifications GL et du rapprochement avec les données NBIN
- Produire des facturations mensuelles aux clients externes : commissions nettes mensuelles et trousses d’information pour les clients du courtier introducteur, et facturations aux clients externes qui sont des gestionnaires de portefeuille et des gestionnaires de fonds d’investissement.
- Assurez-vous que les différents systèmes de facturation (par exemple, le système de commission AS400, le système ISM, Global Plus, RBroker et les outils de facturation internes) sont configurés et fonctionnent avec flexibilité et contrôle.
- Travailler avec les vérificateurs des clients pour leurs questions d’audit et leurs confirmations.

**Ton équipe**:
Joins-toi à une équipe de 8 personnes, responsables de la conception et de la mise en œuvre des politiques et des procédures pour s’assurer que les fonctions suivantes de l’équipe sont exécutées de manière efficace et efficiente. Tu relèveras du chef de la comptabilité de BNIR.

L’équipe de comptabilité supervise le grand livre général, la facturation et les fonctions de C/D, d’analyse financière et d’audit de NBIN. Cette équipe travaille en étroite collaboration avec nos partenaires financiers fédérés pour rendre compte des résultats financiers et pour soutenir les activités de budgétisation et de prévision de l’entreprise. Un domaine d’intérêt clé est l’optimisation des contributions des clients et des produits à la performance financière de BNIR.

Ce poste est basé à Toronto et plaira à des professionnels qui sont proactifs et qui sont capables d’être productifs dans des délais serrés; a l’expérience de travailler avec un groupe de professionnels de la comptabilité pour répondre aux mandats de l’équipe de comptabilité de NBRI.

**Compétences requises**:

- Diplôme universitaire, dans une discipline connexe (finance ou comptabilité)
- 3 ans d’expérience, et une expérience éprouvée dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans les services financiers, le courtage ou les industries connexes.

**Compétences privilégiées**:

- Travailler à l’obtention d’un MBA / CPA / CFA
- Bonnes compétences en communication et établir de bonnes relations avec les partenaires
- Capacité d’obtenir des priorités et des stratégies.
- Leadership et compétences de team building. Capacité d’établir un consensus, de rallier le soutien autour d’objectifs communs et de motiver les groupes et les individus.
