Custodian

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the overall upkeep of the premises.
- Report any damages or repairs needed to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also collaborating with team members when necessary.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members.
