**Position Overview**: The Maintenance person is responsible for keeping Silver Lake’s site and equipment safe, clean and operational. They work with the Camp Directors to ensure the preservation and development of the site. Duties include, but are not limited to, lawn care, general repairs, work projects, and sanitation. When not performing their Maintenance tasks, they assist with camp programming and activities.

**Dates of Employment**: June 14, 2024 - August 26, 2024 (full-time; on-site accommodation provided)

**Position Requirements**
- Minimum 17 years of age (by Dec. 31 of the year of employment).
- Experience in and enjoy working with children.
- Basic maintenance and repair skills.
- Experience using basic tools and lawn-care equipment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Positive attitude and flexibility.
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C
- Must hold a G2-class driver’s license or above.
- Previous camp experience is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 weeks

**Salary**: From $324.00 per week
