Dough Setter

Schep's Bakeries LTD is a Family Owned and Operated Company and we are growing We are currently looking to expand our team. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of team work as well as great attention to detail.

**Dough Setter**:

- Create Batter following a Recipe Step by Step
- Monitor product quality and adhere to quality standards and production speeds.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities and mechanical aptitude.
- The willingness to adapt to multiple priorities.
- Hands-on and willing attitude
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Taking initiative to achieve results
- Dedicated and energetic.

**Physical Requirements**

- Regularly required to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Physical demands may also include reaching, bending, lifting (up to a maximum of 50 lbs) and performing repetitive actions throughout the Shift
- Use a computer keyboard and monitor more than 15% of total work time.
- Other duties as required.

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
