Truong Ly Design Inc. Project Managers are proactive in overseeing site projects from start to finish, work collaboratively with design and construction teams to facilitate the completion of our projects. Those teams include internal and external consultants, site managers, designers, technologists, and clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with designer and technical team members to plan and manage project schedules ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and in accordance with clients’ construction management processes and budgets
- Understand and monitor scope of deliverables
- Review/mark up/coordinate design documents in various stages like concept, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, etc., as required
- Review/mark up/coordinate shop drawings, reply to RFI, issue SI, site visits, prototype review/coordinate, site deficiency review write up
- Participate in key meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Communicate as primary contact for all project-related matters among clients, consultants, and construction managers from initial planning phase up to the turnover of the completed project
- Coordinate design with all other consultants involved in the project
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure construction is faithful to construction documents
- Monitor site work and flag work that is not completed in accordance with the design intent
- Issue Addendum Site Instructions and change orders

**QUALIFICATIONS - Required**
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in all phases of projects for high-end multi-residential, hospitality, or private projects
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada - holding Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Resident status or a valid work permit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Working knowledge of design construction, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical skills: able to communicate or clarify design intent by way of hand-sketch or 3D Sketchup
- Ability to travel to Canadian and international projects

**QUALIFICATIONS - Preferred**
- PMP Certification or equivalent
- Architectural License or NCIDQ Certificate or BCIN which is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience managing good projects earlier

- Microsoft Project Software

**Work Setup: Remote/Hybrid**

**Work Timing: 8 hours a day/40 hours a week/As driven per assigned project needs**

**Employment Type: Fulltime**

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
