**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with the videographers to establish the production vision;
- Review the raw material in order to determine the shot list;
- Manipulate video footage using innovative editing techniques;
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value;
- Ensure that the project follows a logical sequence;
- Insert dialog, sound effects, music, **graphics**, and special effects;
- Creating the final cut of the project for social media and other platforms;
- Format videos for appropriate platforms;
- Filing and organizing videos in multiple databases;
- Carry out other related duties as the situation arises.

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects;
- Creative, out-of-the box thinker and extremely proficient, deadline-driven multi-tasker;
- Ability to create _eye_-_catching graphics_ that _enhance_ video content;
- Commitment to a high quality of work and willingness to learn/grow as an artist;
- Able to multitask effectively and manage priorities;
- Autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work on a tight schedule;
- Excellent communication skills;

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of video production.
- Adobe Suites
- Davinci Resolve (an asset)
- Ease with shooting if needed (an asset)

Nous recherchons actuellement un éditeur(trice) de vidéo talentueux, créatif et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de production. En tant qu’éditeur(trice) vidéo, vous devez avoir une connaissance approfondie des techniques actuelles de montage vidéo, être capable de visualiser des concepts de marque et travailler dans le respect de calendriers stricts. Sous la supervision du gestionnaire de studio, vous serez chargé(e) de rassembler des séquences vidéo enregistrées, d'appliquer des techniques artistiques innovantes et de créer des projets qui reflètent fidèlement l'image de marque de l'entreprise.

**Responsabilités**:

- Rencontrer les vidéographes pour établir la vision de la production ;
- Examiner le matériel brut afin de déterminer la liste des prises de vue ;
- Manipuler les séquences vidéo à l'aide de techniques de montage innovantes ;
- Maintenir la continuité en déplaçant les plans en fonction de la valeur de la scène ;
- Veiller à ce que le projet suive une séquence logique ;
- Insérer des dialogues, des effets sonores, de la musique, des graphiques et des effets spéciaux ;
- Créer le montage final du projet pour les médias sociaux et d'autres plateformes ;
- Formater les vidéos pour les plateformes appropriées ;
- classer et organiser les vidéos dans plusieurs bases de données ;
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes en fonction de la situation.

**Connaissances, compétences et exigences**:

- Connaissance approfondie d'Adobe Premiere ou d'Adobe After Effects ;
- Créativité, capacité à sortir des sentiers battus et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front dans le respect des délais impartis ;
- Capacité à créer des _graphiques qui attirent l'attention_ et _enrichissent_ le contenu vidéo;
- Engagement à fournir un travail de grande qualité et volonté d'apprendre et de progresser en tant qu'artiste ;
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à gérer les priorités ;
- Autonomie, souci du détail et esprit d'équipe ;
- Sens aigu des responsabilités ;
