- Coordinate and schedule the movement of freight and shipments
- Dispatch drivers on planned trips
- Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Utilize phone systems and other communication tools to relay information effectively
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and minimize costs
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to manage supply chain operations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Fleet Manager system
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed

- Previous experience in a dispatching or logistics role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other communication tools
- Ability to analyze transportation data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of 3PL operations and supply chain management principles
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with experience using Fleet Manager system a plus
