**Job Description**:
**WHAT'S THE JOB?**

Join our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.

The **_Crane Operator_**, reporting to the Production Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring the safe lifting and rigging of loads within the plant. Preparation and planning of lifts to meet production schedules is key. Standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.

**_ $500 Signing Bonus available to new hires after 3 months of employment_**

**Your work will include**:

- Ensuring safe rigging & overhead lifting of materials and building modules throughout the plant
- Communicating material requirements, shortages, damages to appropriate personnel
- Checking incoming deliveries to ensure materials received meet quality standards
- Efficient organization of stock materials using pallets, cranes, forklifts
- Documentation of material movements
- Adherence to all HSE policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Minimum high school diploma
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Overhead Crane Operator
- Certification will be considered an asset
- Work requires some knowledge of the construction/manufacturing industry
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management
- Experience with lifting plans
- Current forkllift license will be considered an asset
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
