- **Guest Services Associate**.Our Guest Services Team’s main objective is to ensure a world-class guest experience from arrival to departure. This high profile department carries a special responsibility by creating the first and last impression of the Hotel.
- **Who you are**:

- You have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with people
- You are impeccable with your personal presentation
- You have excellent command of the English language
- You are knowledgeable about what Toronto has to offer visitors
- You demonstrate attention to detail and have the ability to multitask
- You are comfortable with standing outside for the majority of your shift and are able to lift at least 60 lbs.

**How you can qualify**:

- Valid G Class Drivers license
- Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Possess a clean driving record (minimum of two years).
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays.

**Preferred additional skills**:

- Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
- 1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a fast-paced Hotel operation
- Additional languages
