**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough financial analysis of company financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate key financial findings and strategic recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of proposed business initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk factors, and present investment recommendations to the investment committee.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance, identify trends, and proactively address areas of concern.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and compliance reports to ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Participate in the development of financial strategies to optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital structure.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus).
- Experience as a Financial Analyst or related role is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
