**Role Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday**

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Ø **Automation Design & Development**: Collaborate with teams to design and implement automation solutions, selecting optimal hardware/software, programming control systems, and improving efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Ø **System Integration & Commissioning**: Integrate and test automation systems, troubleshoot issues, support installations, and train teams on system operations.

Ø **Continuous Improvement & Maintenance**: Monitor performance, implement preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and adopt the latest automation technologies.

Ø **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain detailed system documentation and provide progress reports and technical updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in automation system design, development, and integration.
- Proficiency in programming PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for innovation and a drive to make a tangible impact.
