What does a day look like for a Construction Project Manager:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction work and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Coordinate with project team members to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all construction personnel

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Experience in quality inspection, construction estimating, and electrical work is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
