Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine optimal plumbing solutions
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems in new construction projects
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality
- Respond to plumbing emergencies and provide timely repairs
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber or pipefitter
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
- Experience with HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to build, calibrate, and rig various plumbing components
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for plumbing tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and angles
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:

- Valid plumber's license or certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
