As a Client Service Representative, whether it’s answering calls, online inquiries or assisting with transactions you will help clients with their day-to-day banking needs and be the first line of support connecting clients with the appropriate financial products and solutions offered by the Bank.

What You’ll Be Doing
To help deliver a great client experience, the Client Service Representative may be required to work flexible shifts throughout the week and provide coverage as required to meet business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offers advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options for clients to make their banking easier and faster with WealthONE.
- Conducts client retention activities such as calling GIC/mortgage clients for upcoming renewals.
- Assists occasional walk-in clients with their banking transactions ie. depositing cheques, printing statements and opening accounts.
- Maintains client confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Updates and uploads all client interactions in corresponding systems.
- Performs other related operational duties as assigned or required.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset.
- Telephone client service experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong customer service-orientation; excellent communication skills; discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and achieve timely deliverables.

- You need to be legally eligible to work in Canada. While we are based in Toronto, due to COVID-19 this role can be conducted from any location at present. Our preference is for the incumbent to be Toronto based as some work in the Toronto office will be required.
- This is a regular full-time role that may require some flexibility to work flexible hours throughout the week and provide coverage as required to meet business needs.
- You will report directly to the Manager, Banking Operations.
