Considering the current affairs, Toronto Region Board of Trade will be conducting virtual interviews and has made arrangements for new hires to work remotely until it is deemed safe to return to office.

Role Description: *
- Responsible for end user onboarding/offboarding.
- Ability to setup new users hardware, software, user administration.
- Perform hands-on fixes/troubleshooting with users to identify issues.
- Assist with system administration for all technology platforms being used across the organization. These can include but not limited to O365, Teams/Sharepoint, soft phones, video conferencing, Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot issues related on-premise systems and network, including file servers, firewalls, routers/switches, printers, VPN, Wi-Fi network.
- Manage deployment, administration, and support for corporate servers/laptops. This includes physical and virtual machines.
- Supporting Azure cloud environment, consisting of VM’s and SQL server.
- Understand the technology ecosystem in order to proactively monitor systems to ensure optimal system health and quality of data.
- Ability to support users that are onsite and remote.
- Conduct system maintenance system as OS updates, patches, drivers etc.
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used by the organization.
- Ensure license compliance and asset inventory is kept up to date.
- Provide end user training for new technology, as well as tips and tricks for end users.
- Issue incident notifications to end users due to system issues or outages.
- Support and deploy corporate mobile devices.
**Your experience includes**:

- College or University degree in the field of computer science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar technology environment.
- Microsoft Certifications a plus
- ITIL, A+, or equivalent certification a plus.
- Knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft platforms (end user and cloud environment).
- Application support experience with Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with Antivirus Endpoint software.
- Knowledge of TCP IP, DNS, DHCP and LAN.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, desktops, servers, cell phones, and routers.
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
- Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.

- On call availability.
- Ability to lift and haul equipment up to 50 lbs and crawl under workstations to install and maintain equipment.
