La ou le gestionnaire des investissements collaborera étroitement avec son équipe des investissements pour gérer les investissements en cours. Avec l’équipe, la personne contribuera à concrétiser notre stratégie d'investissement pour passer à des investissements d'impact à 100%, tout en veillant au respect des politiques et procédures des investissements. Elle évaluera la performance des investissements, tant du point de vue de l'impact que du point de vue financier, dans notre portefeuille actuel, que pour de nouvelles possibilités d'investissement d'impact. Elle soumettra ses recommandations au Chef des investissements et au Comité des investissements. Elle contribuera à surveiller, mesurer et rendre compte de l'impact de notre portefeuille.

**Tâches et responsabilités principales**

**Gestion du portefeuille**:Déterminer, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des initiatives pour augmenter le rendement des investissements d’impact, en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe des investissements.

**Opérations**:Assurer la conformité et aider à la préparation de la vérification annuelle, du budget de fonctionnement, des dépôts réglementaires et de la comptabilité des investissements.

**Collaboration et comité **:Collaborer avec les membres du comité externe et l'équipe de communication pour élaborer les rapports trimestriels et les communications liées aux investissements.

**Développement humain, culturel et organisationnel **:Contribuer à une culture d'apprentissage et de partage des connaissances en matière des investissements d'impact; superviser une personne de l'équipe tout en se formant et se développant au sein d'une équipe des investissements engagée pour la diversité, l'équité et l'inclusion.

**Exigences du poste**
- Bilinguisme fonctionnel avec d’excellentes compétences orales et écrites en anglais ou en français.
- 5 + ans d’expérience en gestion des finances ou des investissements.
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent.
- Compréhension du contexte et des tendances propres aux investissements et aux investissements d’impact au Canada.
- Expérience en gestion de personnel.
- Capacité et consentement à voyager.
- Connaissance et, idéalement, expérience des méthodes d'évaluation de l'impact, des cadres et des pratiques de suivi et d'établissement de rapports.

**Position Summary**

The Investment Manager will work closely with the investment team to manage existing investments and help deliver our investment strategy to transition to 100% impact investment, while ensuring investment policies and procedures are respected. They evaluate investment performance from both impact and financial standpoints across our existing portfolio and new impact investment opportunities and make recommendations for the CIO and Investment Committee’s consideration.
