**The Role**:

- Delivery of construction materials among different sites and suppliers
- Organizing all stock materials in the warehouse
- Keeping track of all upcoming deliveries
- Account for quantity of materials delivered

**The Requirements**:

- Clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and meet short notice deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if required
- Telehandler and forklift license (preferred but not required)
- Strong team player
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Effective oral and written communication skills paired with an ability to communicate clearly and collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with employees, subcontractors, customers, material suppliers, and others
- Willing and able to perform physically demanding work including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- A solid understanding of all residential construction trades and construction techniques.
- Communication in English is necessary.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Driving: 2 years (required)
