We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of components, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery of our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Component Assembly**:

- Perform the assembly of various components, including PCBs, enclosures, batteries, and other hardware, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, and assembly fixtures to accurately assemble components according to technical specifications.
- Ensure proper handling and care of sensitive components to maintain quality and avoid damage.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks at each stage of the assembly process to ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
- Identify and address any defects, inconsistencies, or issues during the assembly process, reporting them to the supervisor or quality control team.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve any quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Workstation Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and maintained.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Accurately document and record assembly activities, including component tracking, inventory management, and quality control data.
- Provide regular reports on productivity, quality, and any issues encountered during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor or team lead to identify process improvements and suggest modifications for enhanced efficiency.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth coordination and efficient production workflow.
- Communicate any concerns, challenges, or recommendations related to the assembly process to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications in electronics or manufacturing are a plus.
- 3y experience in component assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools and soldering equipment with precision.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiarity with workstation maintenance and basic troubleshooting of assembly equipment.
