**About us**

Terra Torque Systems specializes in pile foundation systems. The company was founded by brothers Colin & James in 2018, and since inception has expanded to be able to undertake a large scope of work including; helical piles, micro-piles, ground screws, shoring/bracing, solar arrays, testing, and rock drilling.

Helical Pile Installer

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for safe and accurate installation of helical piles which will vary depending on the project. Looking for someone with experience in the industry.

*Responsibilities*
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work
- Install piles in accordance with engineered requirements and record data.
- Repair or replace damaged components
- Perform tasks involving cutting, marking, lifting and other construction-related activities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete projects efficiently
- Restore areas to their original condition after installation or repair work

*Skills*
- Proficiency in intrepting construction drawings
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Reliable and timely
- General Knowledge of construction
- Experience with installation of piles.
- Ability to build and install structures accurately
- Welding skills are a plus
- AR license a plus
- Proficient in using a variety of hand tools

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Construction: 5 years (required)
- Blueprint reading: 1 year (preferred)
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
