Richelieu Hardware is currently seeking a Coatings Color Technician for the **Dartmouth, NS.** The Coatings Color Technician will have the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**
- Determine formula of color to match customer sample.
- Read job orders, inspect surfaces, and determine procedures and materials for each job
- Inspect finished surfaces and retouch any defective areas.
- Clean and properly prepare surfaces to be tinted or coated.
- Maintain all coating/tinting, and warehouse quality control standards.
- Represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record and comply with all safety and other applicable regulations.
- Provide warehouse support when required which may include working as a warehouse helper, shipping and receiving helper, or a traffic helper.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or professional diploma in a related field.
- Eye color accuracy and outstanding precision to see color tint.
- Based chemistry knowledge, an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills and be able to work under tight deadline.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Dedicated, initiative and team player.
- Ability to operate a stand-up forklift.
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
