Bilingual Receptionist

Seeking a bilingual receptionist to engage with our diverse customer base, assist in reporting and reception duties. Bilingual in Spanish/English a must.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers or visitors in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Provide information when a customer or visitor contacts the organization.
- Assist with the administration of company benefits and payroll processes.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Handle customer service inquiries, process orders and payments; operate computer terminal hardware and software systems; perform general office support duties.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vanier, ON K1L 7K3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- English and French (required)
