Key Holder

**Position description**

Reporting to the Store Manager, the position Key Holder is responsible for assisting the store manager in his tasks, such as: administrative management of the store, sales objectives, customer service, visual merchandising, supervision and internal training. True company ambassador, the position holder will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the supervision, motivation and management of the employees;
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and an unbeatable shopping experience;
- Develop lasting relationships with customers;
- Maximize sales and profitability;
- Participate in the management of the store’s operation;
- Ensure store openings and closings;
- Participate in the validation of sales report;
- Promote and complete the visual merchandising of the products;
- Ensure the regular maintenance of the store;
- Participate in the control of the inventory;
- Communicate with the administrative center;
- All other related tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;
- Be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
