**Entry Level Assembly Associate**

Palfinger Inc., a world-wide leading manufacturer of truck mounted knuckle boom cranes, located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is seeking an **Entry Level Assembler.**

We offer competitive pay with an incentive bonus and shift premium. After 3 months’ associates are eligible for full benefits and retirement matching.

**Position Summary**
- Assembly of knuckle boom cranes and sub-assemblies
- Build product and subassemblies to quality specifications in the timeline provided by the schedule
- Adhere to work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Maintain a safe and clean work station
- Assist in ways to improve on safety, quality, efficiency and productivity
- Diagnose and repair issues if they occur and report to Supervisory staff

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1-2 years in a related field preferred
- Experience in a Production Environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Proven commitment following Safety Policies
- Basic experience with hand tools
- Excellent eye/hand coordination
- Basic understanding of computers and math skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly with mínimal supervision

**Location: Palfinger Inc. 7942 Dorchester Rd. Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7W7**

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
