We’re looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Insurance Brokers. This position is all about new business—no need to manage a book of business or generate your own leads. We provide the leads; you provide the expertise
**What You'll Do**:
**Quote & Bind with Confidence**:
**Engage with Potential Clients**: Handle inbound calls, provide accurate quotes, and perform frontline underwriting with a keen eye for detail.
**Assess & Assess**: Gather all the necessary details to evaluate risks and determine client coverage needs.
**Seal the Deal**: Bind policies over recorded phone calls, no paperwork required.
**Reach Out**: Follow up on customer calls and inquiries, and handle outbound calls to quote and bind potential leads as needed.
**Adhere to Standards**: Follow our internal and partner guidelines to ensure policies are placed with the right market.
**Build Strong Relationships**:
**Client Connection**: Maintain positive relationships with past, present, and potential clients.
**Collaborate & Improve**: Work with management and internal teams to implement best practices and provide feedback on processes.
**Communicate Effectively**: Keep a professional and friendly rapport with staff, associate brokers, and carrier partners.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
RIBO License
Will accept individual with OTL and strong background plus willingness to write R.I.B.O. exam
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment.
Confidence speaking directly with customers
Ability to prioritize and multi task
Determined and driven nature
Ability to work within our high-paced Customer Experience (CX) Centre environment
