ABOUT THE TEAM

- RB Global is looking for a Manager, People Technology and Reporting. This position will be working with the people team, leadership team, and other stakeholders to create the strategic vision for People Technology that support the department and the overall RB Global business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Together, with your team, you will be part of all People Technology system implementations & upgrades, troubleshooting system problems, providing user support, performing quality assurance testing, documenting data/process requirements and specifications, and be a part of the employee data integrity process.
Other responsibilities include:
- Creates the general guidelines for all people team reporting needs of RB Global as well as executes with team all reporting and analytics needs
- You will be the data and privacy steward for the People Team
- Develop strong relationships with Finance, IT, Sales and other stakeholder areas
- Manages, coaches and develops the team.
- Create strategic Vision for People Technology
- Creates the general guidelines for all people team reporting needs of RB Global
- Occasional travel for projects and meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min 3 years in a Manager/ HRIS role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification preferred
- High attention to detail
- Ability to extract meaningful information from reports/ analytics
- Ability to work with a variety of systems and being able to pivot on tasks quickly.
