**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for coordinating the activities of production workers and production line in the production manufacturing process including evaluating readiness of supplies and equipment.

**OPERATIONS & QUALITY ASSURANCE**:

- Assist Director of Operations in implementing manufacturing strategies and actions of the accomplishment of production goals.
- Ensure that product standards will meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Assist Plant Manager in managing raw material inventory levels as well as packaging supplies to ensure adequate supply to meet production orders without delay.
- Periodically inspect production quality to ensure adherence to grade and standards.
- Enter production information in Famous; tag and store manufactured product.
- Assist with inventory rotation and communicate quality or standard issues to the Director of Operations.
- Work with the Director of Operations in providing Regulatory Coordinator with required information regarding quality control and inspections.
- Responsible for maintaining production levels for all vegetables processed while documenting any factors which influence daily amounts.
- Operate forklift to ensure consistent flow of product to all areas to maintain production needs
- Be flexible with supervising any area as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**SUPERVISION**:

- Monitor plant workers to ensure compliance with job standards and workplace safety.
- Train plant workers with respect to quality and customer satisfaction expectations.
- Assist Plant manager in motivating plant workers and communicating with them on performance issues.
- Prepare checklists and forms with respect to food safety procedures and certification requirements.
- Ensure all new employees complete the GMP test and employee agreement.
- Ensure number of workers per shift aligns with the expectations of the Plant Manager and Director of Operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)
