- WFM Type 1 Crew Leader Course
- Current certification for a Type l Fire Fighter
- ICS Canada l-200
- Industry Canada Radiotelephone Restricted Operator's Certificate - Aeronautical
- WHMIS Global Harmonized System
- S-215 Wildland Fire Operations in the Urban Interface
- L-280 Fireline Leadership
- CIFFC Principles of Fire Behaviour
- CIFFC Canadian Forest Fire Behaviour Prediction System
- CIFFC Canadian Fire Weather Index(FWI)
- CIFFC Safety on the Fireline
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C
