**Summary**

The RF Technician will be responsible for
- RF site surveys and propagation modeling
- analyzing RF coverage reports inside public and private buildings
- working closely with other Engineering and Operations team members and provide support where required
- installation technical support, commissioning, optimization and adjustment of new in-building systems to meet design criteria
- troubleshooting.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Analyzing Commercial requirement, performing site survey, support design of RF coverage solutions for in-building locations - **35%**:

- Supervising Sub-contractor and vendor in implementing optimal solution based on company requirement - **20%**:

- Commissioning and troubleshooting the Distributed antenna system - **20%**:

- Supporting site Acquisition and presales team in providing valuable technical information for landlord design approval - **15%**:

- Report project status to Project Management team as needed - **10%**

**Knowledge Requirements**
- College diploma with focus on electronics/RF engineering or equivalent experience totaling 5+ years
- Fundamental understanding of the physics behind RF wave propagation theory

**Special Skills/Training/Licenses or Certifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Technologist program
- iBwave training/experience
- DAS System training/certification for: any of the DAS OEM platforms: TE, Mobile Access, SOLiD, CommScope
- Training/certification for CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, Land Mobile Radio
- Experience with test equipment: Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, etc.
- Excellent customer interface skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork focus
- Innovative and open minded to new techniques and technologies
- Attitude focused on team success and improving the customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Valid G-class Driver’s License in with clean driver's abstract
- Ability to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
