As a payout coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating payout operations as well as maintaining accounting records.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Reviewing and processing affiliate payouts
- Various journal entries and accruals
- Reconciliation of GL accounts and bank accounts
- Maintain accrued liability schedule
- Responding to inquiries from various departments
- Ad hoc tasks

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payables
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to respect deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

**Nice to Haves**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains software an asset
- Ability to work autonomously
