Consulting Arborist

Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that is looking for a part-time consulting arborist on an as and when required basis to consult on particular jobs.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the field staff to undertake data collection and field investigations related to tree inventories in various sites across Ontario
- Perform tree pruning, removal, and planting
- Conduct tree risk assessments
- Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, rigging gear, and bucket trucks
- Utilize GIS technology for mapping and tracking tree inventory
- Provide expert advice on tree care and maintenance
- Safely use bucket trucks for tree trimming operations

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of garden and plant care techniques
- Arborist certification
- Proficiency in rigging operations
- Experience with bucket truck operation is preferred
