**Qualifications**:
**1.** **Minimum of High School Grad**

**2.** **Physically able to engage on the floor for full shifts**

**3.** **2+ years in a fast-paced retail environment**

**4.** **Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results**

**5.** **Enjoy meeting, serving and interacting with customers**

**6.** **Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts**

**7.** **Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays when needed**

**8.** **Familiarity with IT programs like Excel, Word and Outlook**

**9.** **Ability to lift up to 30 pounds**
