**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, DOC clerk will be responsible for directing all incoming calls and visitors to the facility and performing clerical duties as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting visitors, determine purpose of visit and direct visitors to proper location as appropriate.
- Answer telephone and place outgoing calls as requested
- Maintain records as required and perform clerical work as assigned
- Monitor front door for wandering residents
- Adhere to established department policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, fire safety, environment and infection control Workday Validation, PoinClickCare Entry, Census
- Back up person for Time tracking, Scheduling
- Help with Invoices
- Filing
- Preparing Vendor Contracts
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and presentation.
- Organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in word and excel is a must.
