We pride ourselves on innovation, reliability, and superior craftsmanship. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Electrician/Technician to join our manufacturing team.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair components in concrete pumper trucks according to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to review schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications for electrical components.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with electrical systems and equipment, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair logs, inspection reports, and inventory documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and achieve production goals.
- Perform additional tasks as required, including modifying truck hardware, assisting with heavy item liftings, and participating in general clean-up duties to ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical systems preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or heavy equipment industries.
- Strong knowledge of electric, hydraulic systems, wiring diagrams, and schematic interpretation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues and performing repairs using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.
- Valid license or certification preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support production schedules.
- Holds valid passport and has no restrictions traveling outside Canada.

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
