**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and deploy hardware and software solutions, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to address technical challenges and optimize configurations
- Test and troubleshoot configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document configuration procedures and maintain accurate records of all configurations and deployments.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the configuration and deployment process.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in IT configuration and deployment.
- Manage and track inventory of hardware components, software licenses, and other configuration-related materials.
- Adhere to security protocols and guidelines to protect sensitive data during the configuration process.
- Deliver a positive customer experience, by being accurate, ensuring quality configurations, adhering to company policies and procedures, meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction with the configured systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT configuration, deployment, and support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software configuration principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
- G license and the ability to drive are a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
