Position : Shipper/Receiver

Location: Whitby, ON, Canada

Reports To: Accounting Manager

EAM-Mosca Canada Ltd, based out of Whitby, ON is the world’s leading strapping system provider and sets standards for Performance, Reliability and Innovative Technology, currently has an opening for a Shipper/Receiver to assist with Shipping and Receiving of inbound materials and outbound finished goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks
- Performs a safety check on lifts daily
- Receiving
- Ensure all trucks unloaded and all items received are verified.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies to
Purchasing.
- Ensure all returns are accompanied by an authorization number to be
verified.
- Shipping
- Pull stock from inventory as per information on the packing list received from
the order clerk.
- Ensure all trailers or containers are loaded in such a way that products arrive
safely.
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or
shipment.
- Ensure all orders are signed off on the bill of lading by the drivers.
- Retaining copies of all required paper work and forward to Customer
Service/Order Entry.
- Warehouse functions
**- **Follow all work instructions relating to the warehouse position.
- Rotates stock as required.
- Keeps warehouse neat and clean
- Assists with production functions as assigned.

Profile and Background
- Proven experience as forklift operator
- Ability to mount and dismount Fork Lift frequently throughout the course of the day.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitby, WV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
