This position is permanent full time hourly position and pays $21.75 per hour and includes gratuities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB
As the Demi Chef, you'll be responsible for whipping up scrumptious dishes of all types, whether it's a regular day in the kitchen or a special event for our VIP guests. And that's not all - you'll also need to make sure everything runs smoothly when the Sous Chef is away.

You'll also be the captain of the ship when it comes to food handling and sanitation, making sure all our kitchen practices are up to par with local and provincial regulations. And of course, we want our guests to rave about our food and service, so you'll be in charge of obtaining feedback and empowering your team to provide the best customer service possible.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in culinary
- A desire to pursue your Red Seal for boundless promotional opportunities
- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff with a sense of humor and a light touch
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
