Andrologist

**ABOUT YOU**:
Pacific Fertility is hiring a **F/T Andrologist** for our **Victoria** office, which includes **working weekends (Saturday)**. The purpose of this role is to act as a team player that identifies, fosters, and owns qualities that align with our mission, vision, and values to provide superior, personalized fertility care to our patients. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**_ Exceptional Patient Care_**
- Provide patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills
- Patient advocacy

**_Technical Expertise_**
- Performs diagnostic and therapeutic andrology procedures including semen analysis, sperm washes for intrauterine inseminations, sperm washes for IVF, trial wash, semen cryopreservation/thaw, and preparation of donor specimens for donor insemination
- All scientists must possess thorough knowledge of the principles and practice of laboratory sterile technique and have meticulous attention to detail.

- Adaptability in changing environments
- Excellent English skills, both written and oral

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (CSMLS) or Bachelor’s degree in biological science
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred but not required
- CFAS Andrologist Certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to identify and successfully demonstrate and realize company goals and objectives.

Demonstrate innovative, analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills to deliver excellent patient care
