**Position: Production Woodworker/CNC Operator**

Integrity Woodcraft specializes in manufacturing and machining volume runs of wood and some plastic items. We are seeking a highly motivated **Production** Woodworker/CNC Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating CNC routers, orbital sander, table saw, chop saw, and thickness sander. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate various woodworking tools and machinery, including CNC routers, orbital sander, table saw, chop saw, and thickness sander.
- Perform quality checks to ensure items meet production standards.
- Packaging and preparing items for shipping.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience with saws and woodworking tools is beneficial.
- High school wood shop experience may be adequate.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift ticket is an asset, but not required.
- Reliability is critical.
- Training will be provided for applicants who have mínimal experience.

**Additional Information**:

- This a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Starting pay is $19-21 per hour, with experienced high performers earning $22-28 per hour.

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
