**STRAND IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING & SALES COORDINATOR**

Strand is seeking an individual who is passionate about real estate, marketing, and sales, in a growing organization with an established brand that is creating a legacy of successful projects in cities across North America. While Strand has maintained a relatively low profile, consistent with the philosophy of its major shareholders and financial partners, Strand has acquired, developed, and financed over 23,000 homes while consistently maintaining its reputation for thoughtfully and successfully developing real estate. Strand is active throughout several regions, with its head office, located in Vancouver and an office in the western United States. Strand’s active projects are comprised of over six thousand residential units and, in Greater Vancouver, Strand is developing over thirty-four hundred homes (1,400 condominiums and 2, 000 rental apartments), along with over 1.3 million square feet of employment generating space (retail/office/light industrial).

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced

- Effective communicator - verbally and written in a clear, timely, professional manner;
- Preferred experience using CRM databases (Lasso) and other communication tools and techniques such as Avesdo;
- Knowledge of InDesign and/or Photoshop is an asset;
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships with administrative, creative and production-oriented partners;
- Experience working in marketing, real estate, property management or sales administration is an asset;
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, contract closing administration, and/or other transactional elements within the real estate industry;
- Interest in planning and executing external and internal events
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office and Adobe Suite would be an asset; and
- Experience researching and collecting data for the creation and completion of marketing and sales reports

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and Sales, and will focus on providing support to all marketing, sales, and leasing aspects of the company’s real estate portfolio including operations, development, construction, customer care and asset management:
**Marketing
- Marketing support as required including but not limited to online campaigns, liaising with vendors, homeowner gifts, document creation, marketing campaign support and more;
- Review marketing collateral for errors and accuracy;
- Coordinate with marketing and development partners to ensure their websites accurately reflect our projects’ most current information;
- Track website analytics and produce a monthly summary report including recommendations for improvement;
- Manage corporate marketing databases and ensure clean and up to date;
- Maintain an organized file system of document templates, an image bank of owned images, renderings and collaterals;
- Assist with project and corporate events (strategy, budgeting, liaising with vendors, event set-up and more);
- Assist with vendor quotes including signage, photography, graphic design and more;
- Other duties as required by the Marketing Department

**Sales**
- Work with external Sales, Leasing, and Project Management teams to provide support on project deliverables and ensure that the Strand experience is consistent and positive with new homeowners;
- Support Senior Property Manager, prospect communications and leasing activities
- Responsible for updating and maintaining leasing advertisements on multiple leasing platforms;
- Review purchase contracts for accuracy;
- Efficiently respond to customer inquiries adhering to an exceptional level of Customer Service Standards;
- Assist with general administration and special projects as needed;
