Responsibilities:

- Provide operational support to various departments within the organization
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Maintaining relations with operations and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and events
- Support the implementation of new systems or technologies

**Experience**:

- 2 years Previous experience with CRM (s)is a must (workflows, setups etc.)
- 5 years in IT (Computer networks and system maintenance)
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Experience Installing servers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
