We’re looking to engage a Field Service Technician who is responsible for service support activities within Croplands and our customers. This will be largely in-field support for customers requiring technical information, field visits and machine installations as required and after-sales service support and growth in line with company direction and values.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide knowledge, service, and support to all customers - Dealer or End User
- Provide dealer staff with technical advice
- Install new equipment and train customer or sales staff in the field
- Collaborate and Integrate with the entire sales & service team
- Perform duties responsibly with accountability and follow-up
- Strive to improve process and procedures to increase efficiencies
- Understanding of warranty expenditure and procedures in relation to budget guidelines
- Relay feedback from the field to internal key stakeholders
- Receive service calls from customers
- Find spare parts and read schematic drawings
- Ability to travel - both local and interstate. Service vehicle will be provided
- Assist in testing and improving research units
- Identify and order parts required for equipment

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
