**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure that it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, clients, and staff.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, faxing, etc.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
