We are a Transportation company that specializes in 3PL Freight Management, Warehousing/Distribution and Cross Border Transportation; Our Transport Division is currently looking to recruit for our growing fleet.
This is a salary position with benefits, we require a detail oriented individual who thrives in a fast past environment. The position of Fleet Dispatcher is a permanent, full time position requiring occasional afterhours on-call availability.
- Primary function is cross border documentation; ie Manifesting ACE-ACI
- Data and order entry
- Assist in monitor and auditing driver logs to ensure compliance and safe operation.
- Assist with administrative duties such as IFTA reporting, licensing of drivers and vehicles, CVOR/abstract reporting
- Communicate with drivers and customer to ensure pickup and delivery schedules are met
- Starting wage: $36,000 to $42,000 depending on experience
**Qualifications**
- Experience in cross border transportation environment
- Strong organization skills with attention to details to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Above average computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment
**Experience**:
- is a must, minimum 2 years in a transportation environment

- Criminal background check
- Own vehicle

- Crossborder Manifesting: 2 years (required)
- Dispatch: 2 years (required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Dispatching: 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
**Salary**: $34,714.64-$42,000.00 per year
