Night Auditor/front Desk Agent

Hampton Inn by Hilton Midland has positions available for Night Auditors that are energetic and customer service driven individuals to provide outstanding customer service to all our guests.

Individuals should have knowledge of the area, experience working with the public and proficient on computers. Your will be required to complete online learning courses, learn and adhere to Hilton Brand standards.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to use a computer
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Balance the end of day cash and credit cards
- Use of a POS terminal
- Ability to multi task, be a self starter, dependable, reliable
- work alone with mínimal supervision and as a team
- stand for long periods of time and be able to work all days of the week including weekends and holidays.

Working Front desk is an asset but not a requirement

Pay: $17.00-$17.25 per hour
