The product lines of the figurines at McFarlane can vary between 3-13 inches in height and between 5 and 22 points of articulation All its craftsmen must ensure the best balance between the aesthetics-functionality-cost of all its products.

**DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with ZBrush to create multiple figurines based on established references or conceptualize new characters;
- Being mindful of all points affecting the anatomy of products;
- Design the most beautiful toy, that includes multiple points of articulations, while understanding the reality of the limitations of production costs;
- Actively participate in meetings at the project level and work closely with all other departments;
- Ensure the proper management/organization of the numerous digital files, to ensure the smooth transition with other departments.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sculpture;
- Degree in industrial design, product design or equivalent experience;
- Good knowledge of anatomy and a good eye for forms;
- Mastery of ZBrush is a must
- Knowledge of 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a major asset;
- Knowledge of Maya, Blender, Substance and Keyshot is an asset;
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and product development, is a major asset;
- Being able to reproduce portraits of characters/creatures, and draw preliminary concepts, is an asset;
- Being able to produce high quality renderings for product development and marketing purposes, is an asset;
- Autonomous, good problem-solving, time management and analysis skills;
- Demonstrates accountability and manages stress well;
- Proactivity, sense of initiative, sense of urgency and positive attitude;
- Good communicator and collaborator in order to interact closely with multiple collaborators;
- Curious by nature and a fan of POP culture;
- Bilingual (FR-EN), is an asset.
