As the management company for Ambulance New Brunswick and the Extra-Mural Program, we're looking for a **Document Administrator t**o help support our growing operation which provides exemplary, highly coordinated primary health care in the right place, from the right provider, at the right time.

Located in Moncton and reporting to the Billing and Collections Supervisor, the Document Administrator will be responsible in overseeing the collection, entry, retention, storage and release of confidential health records within the Billing Department. Major components of this position include daily reconciliation of the Patient Care Reports (PCR), entry of the Patient Care Reports (PCR), filling of confidential medical health records, tracking of missing Patient Care Reports, analysis of non-clinical and clinical audits, liaison with parties requesting confidential health information, assist in the development of policies and enforcement of privacy, and other related duties as the supervisor may see fit from time to time.
