**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Gérer le budget et assurer l’atteinte des cibles des KPIs- Planification des opérations- Assurer le leadership de la mise en oeuvre des plans visant à améliorer les performances des cibles budgétaires et indicateurs de performance clés- Collaborer et faciliter l'amélioration des résultats des départements Appliquer et maintenir des normes de hauts standards Planifier les ressources à long terme- Élaborer des stratégies d''engagement des employés- Présenter efficacement des analyses de rentabilité qui soutiennent les projets d'amélioration continue et leur donnent la priorité- Améliorer la formation et les compétences au sein de l'équipe afin d'atteindre de meilleurs niveaux d'amélioration continue- Partager les ressources et les priorités entre les départements opérationnels afin d'améliorer les résultats globaux

**Ce que nous recherchons**:
- 5 - 7 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de transformation alimentaire ou de fabrication, incluant la gestion des coûts, la planification de la production, le contrôle des stocks, la qualité; et l'amélioration continue- 3 ans et plus à diriger une équipe de gestion performante et à développer l les talents- La certification Lean Six Sigma est considérée comme un atout important- Être en mesure de démontrer des réussites dans la direction de l'amélioration des opérations tout en assurant la performance quotidienne- Attitude hautement professionnelle et compétences diplomatiques, capacité à établir des partenariats efficaces à tous les niveaux de l'organisation en tant que joueur d'équipe collaboratif- Expérience dans le développement, la communication et l'analyse des mesures financières de la performance des installations- Expérience dans les technologies de traitement alimentaire
