Job Title: Handy Man

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. A Handyman, or a Handyperson, keeps homes and businesses looking welcoming, and in good repair.

**Duties**:

- Perform maintenance tasks on HVAC systems
- Proven experience as handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. build cabinets)
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Handymen must have good attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with a variety of appliances and equipment. They’re polite, friendly, and professional, and they can stay focused on a task for several hours at a time. They can also get along well with many different types of people.

Pay: $17.21-$39.18 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
