**In summary, what does the role involve?**

The Stockroom Receiver is responsible for handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials for internal and external requests.

**As a Stockroom Receiver, what will your responsibilities be?**
- Unload received merchandise from trailers using a forklift and electric pallet jack.
- Unpack received merchandise.
- Validate the items and quantities received against the purchase orders.
- Perform searches in the computerized inventory system and enter data.
- Deliver the requested merchandise and route documents to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with the procurement department as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Comply with the health and safety standards in place within the company.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

**What is the ideal profile for this position?**
- In-depth knowledge of inventory items and computer systems.
- Proficiency in French (required).
- Forklift operator's license.
- Ability to read, write, and understand label content.
- Knowledge of both metric and imperial measurements, as well as basic math.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and handle loads over 50 pounds.
